Chartered Institute of Customer Management (CICM Chairperson Brain Silumbwe says Government’s development agenda is that everyone is responsible for the growth of the country.

Mr Silumbwe added that the institute works with insights and business with regards to the commerce and economic development.

He called on customer care providers to ensure that the best experience is given to customers.

And officiating at the event, Southern Province Minister Credo Nanjuwa said leaders understand the pivotal role customer care services play in shaping the country’s economic status.

Mr Nanjuwa added that there’s need to raise costumer service delivery in the country by enhancing service delivery especially in the government institutions.

He implored the costumer service officers to ensure that they officer they best services as costumers have options now.

Mr Nanjuwa challenged the officers to curb mediocre service delivery that provokes customer expectations by building loyalty and professionalism.

Mr Nanjuwa Costumer experience should be a philosophy that creates a positive and memorable experiences by customers to sustain success.

He called for the need to embrace the rapid new technology advances through Artificial intelligence that will help meet customer experiences.

He also called for the need to respect customer feedback as it is the only of guaranteed best customer experience.

Mr Nanjuwa government wants to start unlocking positive customer experiences as it is key to business success.
