FlySafair’s maiden flight to Zambia enroute Livingstone from Johannesburg Launched

Zambia Airport Corporation Board representative Ireen Tembo says the Corporation endeavors to provide world class infrastructure and services to locals and foreign.

Speaking at the launch of flySafair’s maiden flight to Zambia enroute Livingstone from Johannesburg held at Harry Mwaanga Kumbula Airport in Livingstone, Ms Tembo said FlySafair resonates with the cooperation budget that is affordable and accommodative to every Zambia seeking to explore.

She said the corporation aims to reach over 1,000 tourists both local and foreign through affordable fees.

Speaking at the same event, FlySafair Executive captain Joggie Zeuner said FlySafair aim to unite people by providing low cost reflective to costumers through liability charges.

He commended the Zambian government for allowing FlySafair to fly to Zambia from South Africa stating that this will open up more routes to and from the country.

And Tourism and Arts Minister who was the Guest of honor Rodney Sikumba commended FlySafair for introducing a new route from Johannesburg to Livingstone that this shows the warm relationship and good bilateral terms the two countries share and enjoy.

He added that Government aspires to transform Zambia in the aviation hub in the region as the country is land linked.

Mr Sikumba said government will embark on the construction and modernization of all airports in the country for easier travel and easy movements of airlines across the globe.

FlySafair is a South African based airline that travels across boards with Zambia’s Livingstone being it’s latest route
