Mines Minister Paul Kabuswe has called for order in the mining of manganese and other minerals in Luapula and Central provinces.
Mr. Kabuswe says this is the reason government is formulating the establishment of a Minerals Commission, a regulatory body to bring sanity to the mining sector.
Mr. Kabuswe was speaking in Mansa, when he called on Luapula Provincial administration.
And Luapula Province Permanent Secretary, Mighty Mumba, who represented Provincial Minister, Derricky Chilundika said the mining indaba is a welcome initiative.
