Central Province Minister, Credo Nanjuwa is saddened that land wrangles between the community in Chibombo district and a Chinese investor, Chen-Guan, have continued.
Speaking in Chibombo during a meeting to resolve the impasse, Mr Nanjuwa said it is not efficient to discussing the same subject over and over again.
Mr Nanjuwa said government can only help traditional leaders when they avail it with the truth.
He further said fighting investors is not the way to go, adding that it is the duty of government to attract investment but not at the expense of local people.
Meanwhile, Senior Village Headman Mulonsha has denied selling land saying he was shocked to see drainages being made in his village.
The traditional leader complained that he has even lost his farming fields and the grazing land for the animals. (ZANIS).
