A-27-year-old Lusaka Woman has been raped and murdered by unknown people in Zingalume Township.
The body of Rabecca Busumili was found few meters away from her house with her clothes scattered.
Some residents found the body around 05:00 hours in the morning.
Janet Zulu the aunty to the victim says the victim left home on Saturday around 16:00 hours and never came back.
And Police Spokesperson Rae Hamoonga has confirmed the incident stating that investigations have since been instituted.
Mr Hamoonga said the body of the deceased has since been taken to the University Teaching Hospital – UTH mortuary.
