The Civil Service Commission says it will publish the names of the over 11-thousand health workers picked for recruitment on Friday July 29th.
Speaking in a statement, Commission Chairperson Peter Mumba said this is because the National Technical Committee is still validating submissions from the provincial Human Resource Management committees.
Mr Mumba said more processes are being undertaken to ensure that the right candidates are selected.
He said the process is going on very well and that progress has been made so far monumental.
Mr Mumba has also attributed the change in dates for the publication of the successful candidates from July 22nd which was announced earlier to overwhelming responses to the advertised positions.
He said the Commission received 137,129 applications against the 11,276 staff targeted for recruitment.
