President Hakainde Hichilema has with immediate effect appointed Professor Lady Justice Margaret Munalula as deputy President of the Constitutional Court (ConCourt)
Presidential spokesperson Anthony Bwalya said that the appointment follows consultations with the Judical Service Commission pursuant to Article 139 (2) of the Constitution of the Republic of Zambia.
“The President congratulates Professor Lady Justice Munalula on her designation and has since implored her to continue serving the National interest diligently,” he said.
