The Drug Enforcement Commission (DEC) has arrested a 27- year-old suspected notorious Drug dealer of Lusaka’s Matero Township.
The Drug Dealer identified as Danny Mapulanga, who is also a businessman, has been arrested for trafficking in 350 sachets of Heroin.
And DEC Public Relations Officer Mathius Kamanga said Mapulanga are in Police custody and will appear in Court soon.
Speaking in statement, Mr Kamanga said they also arrested and jointly charged a Zimbabwean and a Spanish national for trafficking in narcotic drugs and for being in possession of 18 elephant bones.
He said the elephant bones have since been handed over to the department of Wildlife and National Parks.
And in separate incidents, the Commission arrested Six people for cultivating and for being in possession of cannabis.
The Six were arrested in Western, Copperbelt, Southern and Northern Provinces.
Mr Kamanga said the six have been remanded in custody and will appear in Court soon.
