The First Session of the Thirteenth National Assembly will resume on Tuesday, June 7, 2022.
The Session adjourned Sine Die on Friday, April, 1st 2022.
Clerk of the National Assembly, Cecilia Mbewe confirmed the development in a statement.
During the sitting, 30 PF Members of Parliament where suspended for 30 days for breaching parliamentary privileges in accordance with section 22 of the powers and Privileges Act.
The National Assembly also passed various legislation which include the Emoluments Commission Act number 1 of 2022.
