Mushindamo Town Council Chairperson Peter illunga says Government has tasked the Local Authority to preside over Development and service delivery in the district.
Mr illunga said government has responded to Many Development needs of the people hence the need for stakeholders to work as a team and deliver the services.
He has however called on all the stakeholders such as devolved Ministries, Traditional Leaders elected Civic leader the Councilors and many other stakeholders to take interest to Develop Mushindamo and ensure to implement government policies through decentralization.
“Government has released money for CDF that is catering for the Development of projects, bursaries and entrepreneurship. This is the vision of the government so that every Zambian gets meaningful Development,” he said.
The Council chairperson has challenged the policy makers and technocrats implement what is ahead of the council.
“The money’s are in our accounts and bursaries are underway,” he said.
