Senior Chief Musele of the Lunda people of Kalumbila district in north western province has urged Kalumbila Town Council management to ensure that they deliver services to the people of Kalumbila according to their mandate.
His Royal Highness Senior Chief Musele said that it is unacceptable to have low performing officers in the council who are contributing to derail of development in the District.
He sighted cadrerism and incompetence in the management of Kalumbila town council which has resulted into the hampering of progress on development in the district.
The traditional Leader has recommended some officers be transferred to other councils and be replaced by different officers who will spearhead the developmental projects.
His Royal Highness who is also a Councillor in Kalumbila town council further added that people in the district are laughing at the chiefs and councillors that they have failed to deliver development.
