Police in Lusaka have picked up a body of a-32-year-old man who was shot by unknown criminals.
Police Spokesperson Rae Hamoonga said that Chama Mwango of Mtendere was shot at by unknown criminals today February 21, 2022 between 03:00 and 06:30 hours.
Mr Hamoonga said the victim’s body was found facing upwards in a pool of blood and he sustained a gunshot wound in the head.
He said that after searching the crime scene, two AK47 rifle empty cartridges and a projector were found on the scene.
Mr Hamoonga said the body of Mwango has been deposited in the University Teaching Hospital Mortuary awaiting Postmortem.
