Police in Lusaka have arrested a male aged 67 of Chifwankula area, Kabangwe for defiling a 15 year old, Contrary to Section 137 of Chapter 87 of the laws of Zambia.
Zambia Police SpokepersonRae Hmoonga has identified the defiler has been as George Kasukanya.
Mr Hamoonga said brief facts of the matter are that between unknown dates and time but between April and May 2021, the victim who is a female juvenile aged 15 of the same area together with others used to go to the suspect’s house for part time works.
He said that this was after the suspect requested the victim’s mother to assist on garden works as he had no garden boy.
Mr Hamoonga said that it is alleged that the victim was defiled during that period as she is eight months pregnant.
The suspect has since been released on Police bond waiting to appear in court soon.
