Ten-man Nkana beat Kabwe Warriors 1-0 on Sunday afternoon at the Godfrey Ucar Chitalu Stadium thanks to an Alex Ng’onga strike in week four of the 2021/22 MTN Superleague Season.
Nkana head coach Beston Chambishi was quick to heap praise on his team because they showed character despite playing away from home.
When asked about the Referees decision that saw Nkana being given a Red card Coach Chambeshi said the Referee’s decision is final.
“We play Chambishi at home and so we have to pick up maximum points, if you can win away then we can even win at home so will prepare very well for Chambishi on Wednesday.”
The win moves Nkana to 7th place on the log table with 6 points from the three games they have played so far.
