Zambian clubs Zesco United, Zanaco, Red Arrows and Kabwe Warriors are all scheduled to kick off their CAF Club games this weekend.
Zesco United and Zanaco are playing in the CAF Champions League while Arrows and Warriors are in the CAF Confederation Cup.
Local champions Zesco on Saturday afternoon will face Royal Leopards of Eswatini away at Mavuso Stadium in Manzini.
Meanwhile, Zanaco will kick off the Champions League campaign on Sunday away in Equatorial Guinea against Akonangui FC at Ebebiyin Stadium.
In the Confederation Cup, Arrows on Saturday will kick off the campaign with a preliminary round home match against Young Buffaloes of Eswatini at National Heroes Stadium in Lusaka.
Zambia’s other representatives in the Confederation Cup Kabwe Warriors are in Madagascar for Sunday’s first leg match against CFFA in the island nation.
