Job Title: RESTAURANT ASSISTANTS ( Two openings)
General Description: The primary purpose of this job is to assist with the day to day running of the Restaurant takeaway Kiosk. To ensure the highest standards of the kitchen management are attained.
To assist to prepare a variety of take away foods. skill in hospitality should be matched by your customer care Competences in SHAWARMA PREPARATION, broaster machine prepared chicken, preparation of volume chips & storage, preparation of smoothies’ fruit drinks shall be an advantage
Key Responsibilities
• Assist in all food service at the Restaurant, Monitor the quality of all the food at the HACCP level.
• Maintain a clean kitchen and abide by all stated food safety and sanitation laws requirements
At least two-year SHAWARMA PREPARATION proven work experience in a reputable organization
• Minimum of a Certificate in food production or equivalent SHAWARMA PREPARATION references
• Grade 9 Certificate or better, Must Speak fluent English.
Negotiable standard salary and terms of placement. Shortlisted candidates shall be
subjected to practical tests.
