Newly Elected Chingola Mayor Johnson Kang’ombe says he will work according to the expectation of the people of Chingola and deliver on developmental projects.
Mr Kang’ombe said that the vision to turn Chingola into a city lives on.
He has echoed the words of the President Hakainde Hichilema that they will be no carderism in the markets, stations and even where the issue of land is concern in Chingola.
Mr Kang’ombe said the Local Authority will ensure to take Chingola where it is supposed to be and develop.
He said the local Authority will find meaningful way of generating funds.
Mr Kang’ombe said all the promises made to the people of Chingola will come to pass after the installation so that the work starts.
He said work is on the ground in the communities where people are coming from and it is an assurance that Chingola will never be the same.
Mr Kango’mbe said UPND have an open door policy where everyone can visit his office and bring in ideas.
He said the crop of Councillors shall see to it that their deliver meaningful development to the people of Chingola.
