Struggling Nkana Queens have failed to travel to Lusaka for today’s match against Bauleni Academy due to logistical challenges.
Team Manager Christopher Mwewa said it is not yet clear whether Nkana Queens will play Saturday’s away game against Red Arrows in Lusaka.
The FAZ National Women’s Super League has resumed as the Covid-19 situation improves in the country.
“There is no transport to take us to Lusaka. We submitted our budget to our sponsors on Monday but nothing has happened,” Mwewa said.
Defending champions Green Buffaloes were in action on Wednesday beating ZISD 4-1 in the Lusaka derby as Zesco Ndola Girls beat 1-0 Red Arrows in Ndola.
