PF members urged to go flat out on campaigns

By MAIMBO MWEEMBA
Patriotic Front (PF) Secretary General Davies Mwila has told party members to campaign fully to ensure that President Lungu wins by a landslide victory.

Mr Mwila added the PF Central Committee has given the people, candidates they wanted, and it remains to them to ensure they vote them into office.

“The party will provide all materials and logistics needed as foot soldiers go on the ground so that President Lungu can comfortably win election with not less than 60% of votes,” he said.

Mr Mwila said it is important to remind voters of what President Lungu has done in the last 5 years and since the PF took over Government in 2011.

He said this when he checked on PF campaign centers in Kabwata, Kanyama and Chawama Constituencies.

And, PF Lusaka Provincial Chairperson Kennedy Kamba challenged the branch and ward officials to send more people on the ground to maximize the campaigns.

He said the Provincial administration will ensure that no opposition gains momentum in any Constituency because Lusaka is and will always be a PF stronghold.
