Chingola Constituency campaign Manager Richard Kazala has called on the residents of Muchishi to ensure that they vote for the ruling PF in August 12 polls.

Speaking yesterday in Muchishi ward at a mobilization meeting held at Kazala farm, Mr Kazala who was drumming up support for Chingola constituency PF parliamentary candidate Michelle Kazala said that development in the ward can only be attained if the residents vote for PF and all the PF candidates.

Mr Kazala said investing in the area was hard in the past because the area councilor at that time was in the opposition.

“For development to be attained, there is need to vote Michelle Kazala for MP, Titus Tembo for Mayor and Jackson Chiwaya as Councilor.

“All those with plots will be given land ownerships papers to avoid demolitions, for President Edgar Lungu does not want to leave anyone behind,” he said.

Mr Kazala said that the PF’s plan in Muchishi is to ensure that market shelters, clinics and rural electrification are achieved.

“As the PF we want to ensure that education is accessible for every Zambian that is why schools across the country have been built, I want to appeal to you the residents to ensure that you do not make the same mistake by voting for the opposition, we want you to be receiving farming inputs on time” he said.

Mr Kazala called for peace, unity, and love among the PF members, he also emphasized on the need to embrace those coming from opposition parties.

Speaking at the same meeting, PF Copperbelt provincial acting chairperson Bernard Zulu said that time to vote for the PF in the ward is now.

Mr Zulu said challenges that the local residents experience such as lack of proper transportation will be a thing of the past.

“On August 12, let us go in large numbers to vote, so that development is guaranteed, I know that the opposition are coming with the high living standards talk, but I want to assure you that hiked prices is happening across the world,” he said.

And PF Muchishi ward candidate Jackson Chiwaya encouraged the residents to turn out in large numbers to vote.

He said that the ward has lagged behind in past and only the residents have the power to rewrite that.
