UPND Alliance Chingola Constituency Parliamentary Candidate Chipoka Mulenga says president Hakainde Hichilema will implement free education policy.
Mr Mulenga said he will also enhance good water and sanitation reticulation, housing and modern market shelter at Chiwempala market in Chingola constituency.
He said there is need for everyone to support the UPND leader in the coming general elections to give maximum support to all his candidates,” he said.
Mr Mulenga was speaking in Chiwempala ward after drumming up support for HH and other candidates from the residents
He said he has taken series of engagements with the people in his constituency ahead of the August 12 general elections and that his campaign trail is mainly in various wards and branches of the Chingola constituency.
Mr Mulenga was accompanied by party senior officials from the district, constituency and ward councilor mayoral candidate Johnson Kang’ombe and proceeded to conduct door to door campaigns to various residents of Chiwempala ward where he addressed the residents.
He has urged the people of Chiwempala ward to vote him and President Hakainde Hichilema both at parliamentary and local government.
