Brave Rangers President reviews ended season

Nchanga Rangers Football Club President Patson Nyirenda says Brave hopes to win promotion next season after missing out during the ended 2020/21 FAZ National Division campaign.

“Brave” Rangers missed out on promotion after finishing seventh in the league on 52 points from 34 matches.

Nyirenda said conceited effort from the club management, coaches, players and supporters will be key as Nchanga plots to return to the top league.

“We painfully missed out on promotion by five points, despite being the second highest scoring team in the league. I know that the current status of the Club is hurting to all faithful Brave fans, but I would like to assure you that I and my ExCo team will continue working hard not only to create a solid foundation, but ensure that we take Brave Nchanga Rangers back to the Super Division, where it belongs,” he said.

“For the Technical Bench Staff, they have to continue with their hard work, and ensure that together we bring pride to our Fans. This is the time to be together, learn from our mistakes and work on our weaknesses.”

Nyirenda has asked players to do more next season and make supporters happy.

“For the players, we wish to thank all of them for their efforts. However they need to do more in order to bring joy to our Fans. For those that showed Courage, we thank them, for those who were left in the lobby, they need to learn from that and double their efforts this time around,” he said.

Nyirenda added:”My appeal to you as Brave faithful Fans is to play your part by supporting the team in a constructive way, and in whatever form you deem fit. Our doors are open to constructive suggestions on taking this team to greater heights.”
