United Party for National Development (UPND) Lulamba ward candidate Samuel Lupito has urged party members, both candidates for parliamentary, Mayoral and Councilors to intensify door to door campaigns to win all sits in Chingola.
Mr Lupito has advised the use of mega phones by councilors and their foot soldiers to explain the party manifesto clearly with patience as they campaign.
He said that it difficult to do door to door campaigns or move in groups because of covid-19 but the use of the mega phones moving round and explaining what the party will do for the people in area.
Mr Lupito said that the target is for all the UPND Councillors to go into the council chamber to showcase their abilities to change Chingola.
He said people who are listening to the party message should be convinced that UPND will create an environment that will benefit all considering that the cost of living have gone up.
“we should be able to explain why people should vote for UPND and how we will change the living standard of the communities where we are coming from because it is not the matter of talking but a matter of action,” he said.
He has urged councilors to buy mega phones for themselves and their foot soldiers because this is the time to win the elections and not time to relax.
