The Legal Resource Foundation Limited has petitioned the nomination of President Edgar Lungu.
This is according to the petition filed in the Constitutional Court stamped May 21, 2021.
This is in the matter of Articles 1(5), 2,5(4) and 128 of the Constitution.
In the matter of the alleged contravention of Article 106 (3) of the Constitution and in the matter of the nomination of Edgar Chagwa Lungu as a candidate for President in the Elections set for 12 August 2021 between Legal Resource Foundation Limited (Petitioner) and Edgar Chagwa Lungu (Respondent).
