United Party for National Development (UPND) Parliamentary candidate for Kantanshi Mukwenya N’gandu says that he will change a lot of things if given chance in the coming polls.
Speaking shortly after he filed in his nomination yesterday, Mr N’gandu said that there is hunger in the district and he want to find a sustainable solution.
Mr N’gandu said that the handing out of money and mealie meal by other parties is not sustainable.
“I know the problems that people are facing in Mufurila, and I must say that when am elected, I want to show people how to work and they should eat what they have worked for,” he said.
He said once elected he will make sure that they work on Mukambo road as quickly as possible because of the challenges people encounters especially during the rain season.
Mr N’gandu said that the Town has been locked up without roads connecting to Lusaka and Mansa, which he said the party will work on them so that people can travel without any difficulties.
He appealed to the people of Zambia to use the August chance wisely for the betterment of this country.
