Kakonyo PF parliamtary candidate Bishop Dr Eddie Chomba has successfully filed in his nomination papers ahead of the August, 12 elections.
Addressing his supporters shortly after filing in the nomination papers Bishop Chomba called for peaceful campaigns among all participating political parties.
Bishop Chomba arrived at Chankwa Secondary school with 15 supporters and party officials
“I wish to thank President Edgar Lungu by showing confidence in me and having adopted me to contest the Kankoyo seat and I pledge to work hard in order to deliver a sounding victory for President Lungu and his running mate Professor NKandu Luo,” he said
Bishop Chomba urged the electorates in Kakonyo to ensure that they turn up in numbers and return the PF under President Edgar Lungu
