Kabaso, Sinkala recalled for Africa cup qualifiers Match

National team coach Milutin’Micho’Sredojevic has recalled defender Chongo Kabaso and midfielder Nathan Sinkala for this month’s crucial Cameroon 2022 Africa Cup of Nations qualifier against Algeria and Zimbabwe.

The Chipolopolo Boys will host Algeria on March 25 and five days later travel to Zimbabwe.
According to the 33-man provisional squad released by Football Association of Zambia, Kabaso and Sinkala are among the horde of foreign based players that are making a return to the squad after they were snubbed for the back-to-back matches against Botswana last year.
Zambia beat Botswana 2-1 at home and lost 1-0 in the reverse fixture.
Kabaso is on the books of TP Mazembe while Sinkala weaves his career at Stellenbosch in South Africa.
Others that have been summoned are goalkeeper Mwenya Chibwe and Salulani Phiri both of Polokwane City,Black Leopards’ Roderick Kabwe and Simba duo of Cletus Chama and Larry Bwalya.
The rest are locally based striker Brian Mwila,Adrian Chama, Clement Mwape and Moses Phiri.
Austrian based Patson Daka is also in the squad after recovering from an injury which saw him miss the matches against Botswana.
