Chingola’s Twatasha ward aspiring Councillor Elias Njanba says the ward is retarded in development because of leadership void.
Mr Njamba said the ward is lacking behind in terms of good sanitation, drainage system and good roads because of the absence of the Councillor.
He said the sewer lines in Twatasha are blocked from time to time hence needing a lasting solution.
“I grow up in Twatasha and i know what the people of Twatasha need because I appreciate the challenges in the ward,” he said.
Mr Njamba said given an opportunity he will work on the mentioned problems with a passionate heart.
He also declared that he believes a leader looks at the challenges of the people and works toward improving their lives which he’s geared to accomplish once trusted to lead.
