Unifi excuses loans of over K600,000

Unifi previously known as Unity Finance has excused loans of over K600,000 by it Excuse My Loan campaign.

Unifi has showed that while they have a fresh new look and a new name, they are still committed to making life easy for clients.

Unifi CEO Paul Emil said Unifi is committed to unlocking financial possibilities for customers through it products and services which are tailored to their needs.

Mr Emil said the campaign, which was first introduced in 2019 when they were known as Unity Finance, offers clients the chance to have their loans forgiven live on radio.

He said Excuse My Loan 2020 ran in two phases, in February to April and again from September to November. 

Mr Emil said Unifi operates on the value of simplicity and has continued to introduce convenient and easier methods of accessing finance for their clients.

“The success of the Excuse My Loan campaign is an indication of the growing customer base of Unifi, as the records show that customer participation in the campaign was noted in 8 provinces of the country. Unifi will continue the Excuse My Loan campaign in 2021 to amplify their commitment to making life easier for clients.

“Unifi is also dedicated to improving accessibility of financial services with facilities such as their mobile app, the Uniapp, which allows Unifi clients to access their services anytime, anywhere by dialling *414#.”
