Nchanga Member of Parliament Chali Chilombo has urged residents in Chingola district not to be overtaken by merry making this festival season.
Mr Chilombo said merry making can bring sorrow if overdone, hence the need to be mindful during the festival celebrations which should be celebrated within the confines the law.
In his Christmas message, Mr Chilombo said the residents of Nchanga and Chingola constituencies respectively should not make merry today and then be grief-stricken the following day.
He said the celebrations should not pose a danger to the lives of those celebrating or on their neighbouring households.
