MUSIKA Zambia has donated a modernised foot operated hand washing equipment and assorted PPEs to Musokotwane Compassion Mission Zambia – MCMZ.
The Donation to the Frontier organization in the fight against child marriage in Southern province is a part of MUSIKA’s USD$78,000.00 dollars flagged off Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) response to Covid-19 pandemic.
MCMZ Executive Director, Sibbuku Musokotwane expressed gratitude toward Musika Zambia for thinking of rural and grassroots centered response against Covid-19.
Mr Musokotwane said that the donated items will play a critical role in enhancing already existing mechanisms placed by the organization.
He said the organisation has put up mechanism to ensure prevention of Covid-19 among girls participating in the Traditional Goal Project and other activities, and local farmers who depend on MCMZ Centre on Ending Child Marriage for safe and clean drinking water.
