Former Acting Chief Justice Lombe Chibesakunda has called for establishment of close partnerships among universities.
Justice Chibesakunda said the partnerships should enhance exchange of programmes, ideas and skills.
She said this in Lusaka today during the 7th graduation ceremony of Rockview University under the theme” improving teaching and learning through innovation”.
Justice Chibesakunda has also been installed as new Chancellor for Rockview University.
Speaking at the same event, Rockview University Vice Chancellor Hosea Chishala said the institution has continued to improve capacity across its faculties by offering new courses and programmes.
Dr. Chishala added that the institution has thoroughly utilized Information Communication Technology -ICT- through online teaching platforms in the wake of Covid 19.
