National Democratic Congress (NDC) party 2021 Presidential candidate Chishimba Kambwili has dismissed assertions that he has plans to reconcile with the ruling Patriotic Front ( PF) and President Edgar Lungu.
In a press statement made available to The Independent Observer today, Dr Kambwili urged all NDC party structures across the country to ignore such propaganda.
“I have no intentions whatsoever to join the PF. I will remain a committed Consultant for the NDC and there is need to concentrate on building the party across the country,” he stated.
“I’m committed to the NDC cause of ensuring a better Zambia. Currently I’m committed to building the NDC into a formidable movement. But I’m aware that some PF members have been spreading rumors of him planning to rejoin the PF,” he said.
