Victor Phiri popularly known as C4 has appeared for another mention before the Chingola Magistrate facing one count of murder.
C4, is jointly charged with three others.
Appearing for mention before Magistrate Kalutwa Chiluba, C4 20, his elder brother Martin Phiri 21, popularly known as Martinego, John Mulenga 21, also known as John KG and a juvenile.
Particulars before court are that on May 27, this year, C4 and his gang jointly and whilst acting together did murder Musonda Makumba.
Magistrate Mr Chiluba told the quartet that the offence of murder is not trialed by the Magistrate Court, hence they were only appearing for mention and would not take plea.
The matter has been adjourned to July 13, for another mention awaiting instructions from the Director of Public Prosecution (DPP) to committee the matter to the High Court.
