The Chinese Association in Zambia has donated buckets to Chingola Municipal Council in a bid to rally behind the local authority in fighting coronavirus.
The association wants the local authority to distribute the buckets to all markets in the district.
The Association representative Xu Xiong said the association care for the communities of Zambia, hence the support towards the fight against Covid-19.
Chingola Mayor Titus Tembo thanked the association for the timely donation.
Mr Tembo said the Council needs more resources to fight the pandemic and noble minded corporate entities are appreciated
He has called for more stakeholders to come on board and support the fight.
