The 19-year-old Woman of Lusaka that attempted suicide and was found with Covid -19 has died.
This means Zambia has now recorded three deaths from Covid -19.
And Zambia has recorded four more cases of Covid -19 bringing the cumulative number to 61.
Health Minister, Chitalu Chilufya announced this during the routine Covid-19 update in Lusaka.
Dr. Chilufya said from the new cases, two are from Kafue, while in Lusaka the cases involve two Health Care workers that attended to the deceased girl.
The Minister said Lusaka is an infected area and that people are encouraged to stay away from the city.
Zambia has 25 active coronavirus cases, and 33 recoveries.
