Chingola Town centre roads have been worked on to bituminous state changing the face of the town.

Kwacha PF Ward Councilor Zaney Mungala above says that the face of the town has been beautified after years of driving in potholes.

Ms Mungaala said her ward had never seen such unprecedented development in terms of roads in the past 10 years.

She said residents in her ward are excited for the road infrastructure development after years of driving in potholes.

Ms Mungaala said this time around they have seen the roads being done in the ward because of the able leadership of Edgar Lungu and the people.

“In my ward Consort, Independence, Fern Avenues have been done and very soon Protea and Mampo will be worked on.

“We started with Avenues and roads that connects the streets and 14 streets. We will then turn to drainages, street lights and speed humps will be done,” she said.

Ms Mugala said her ward Kwacha is located in prime area.
