I write to tell you that you are that residents of Chingola in Lulamba Stage 3, hardly use you network due to its poor services. We can’t call or use your data bundles.
If you think I’m being economical with truth check data usage on my line 096828658 or check 0966498043 if we use your data after 17:00 hrs.
Your services are pathetic, we have to climb someone to answer when some friends mistakenly call on our MTN lines.
I have a router for MTN which is now considered absolute just because of your failed service or failure to provide internet.
