Emmanuel Simbeye is new Nchanga Rangers Club Secretary

Nchanga Rangers Football Club has appointed meticulous Sports Administrator Emmanuel Simbeye as its new Club Secretary with effect from November 15, 2019.

Simbeye a full sports package has been appointed on a one-year contract, renewable on mutaul agreement based on his acheivement which he has been tasked with to help to streamline the administrative functions of the Club, as part of the Nchanga Rangers Executive Committee’s (ExCo) project to lift the Club back to the Super Division.

Known for Eagle’s eye in talent identification, Simbeye returns to the club after several years of absence.

“We at Nchanga Rangers are glad to engage one of experienced administrators in football management. It is our sincere hope that he will bring with him some added aura of professionalism to the administration of Nchanga Rangers Football Club.

“We look forward to a day when the entire Chingola and followers and partners of Nchanga Rangers countrywide will celebrate the achievements we desire in so far as football in concerned and Simbeye should be part of that history,” commented Patson Nyirenda, the Club’s president.
