NDC President Chishimba Kambwili says he is ready to meet Lusaka business executive Valden Findlay in Court over defamation charges.
Dr Kambwili said he has a lot of information on the suspected illicit activities of Mr Findlay.
And Dr Kambwili has said he has lost confidence in investigative agencies such as DEC and the ACC.
The NDC leader said the investigative wings in question are highly polarised.
He adds that it is for this reason that he refused to answer queries from DEC.
DEC had today summoned Dr Kambwili to furnish the Commission on the alleged illict activities involving Mr Findlay.
The NDC leader said he has a lot of information about Mr Findlay which information he is ready to disclose in Court.
And the NDC leader has questioned the source of the Presidential Empowerment Fund.
He said the source of funding for the program remains questionable.
Dr Kambwili suspects the money under the fund us laundered.
The NDC leader said this in an interview with journalists at his home today.
