The Chingola notorious Jerabo gang leader Victor Phiri popularly known as C4 had his hands chained from the back to prevent him from touching his private parts police sources have revealed.
Police Officers who fished him out of Lusaka were tipped that C4 must never be allowed to touch his private parts because that is where his strength is and he will disappear in thin air once he does.
Ever since he was arrested in Lusaka three days ago, he slept in police custody in chains both hands and legs.
It appeared cruel for police at the court to be heavily armed and never to allow the suspect to be unchained but police had more information of the suspect.
Since he is facing murder among the eight counts, he was yesterday remanded in Chingola Correctional facility.
The Independent Observer will sniff for you if C4, 20 years old will never disappeared from the facility.
