The PF central Committee has appointed Kasama Member of Parliament Kelvin Sampa as the National Youth Chairperson taking over from Stephen Kampyongo.
This follows a Central Committee meeting held on Sunday, June 2, 2019 according to the letter which resolved to split the National Youth and Security Committee.
Mr Kampyongo had in charge of both security and youth wing thereby abusing his powers.
