Dear Editor,
This is a SOS for a woman in Luapula.
Her name is Jenipher Kombe of Kapupula village in Chief Mutipula.
Suffered a stroke in 2010, and left the two legs permanently paralysed. For eight years now, she has been on aided movements by the relatives and neighbours.
The legs were permanently left in the sitting position and can not be stretched. Aged 60 and she is appealing to well wishers to buy her a wheelchair so as to ease the movement especially when answering the call of nature as the rest room is some meters away from the house.
She always crawl or call a sympathiser to take her to the rest room. If any reader knows some organizations with wheelchairs we would appreciate if Jenipher Kombe could be linked to such institutions or individuals.
