Chingola renowned Lawyer of Wilson Banda of Wilson and Corhill Attorney has died in Kitwe.
Mr Banda had travelled to South Africa recently while on Malaria course and was flown back quickly into the country for medication.
He had undergone a lumbar puncture which seemed successful but sadly he has succumbed to death.
South Africa is a Malaria free country. Chipolopolo Star Dennis Lota died in South Africa soon after visiting Zambia without knowing he had contracted malaria.
Mr Banda was member of The Independent Observer technocrats news platform.
