Minister of National Planning Alexander Chiteme is in Mfuwe Eastern Province.
The Minister is expected to hand over vehicles to the districts in the province for the smooth implementation of the Zambia Integrated forest landscape project( ZIFLP) and will also inspect developmental projects.
The Object of the ZILFP is to improve landscape management and increase environmental and economic benefits for targeted rural communities in the eastern province.
The Minister is accompanied by; Permanent Secretary from the Ministry of Planning Chola Chabala, senior planner Kangacepe Zulu and other senior officials from the Ministry of Planning.
He was received at Mfuwe International airport by; Eastern province Permanent Secretary Dr Buleti Nsemukila and Mambwe District commissioner Caroline Mwanza.
