Police in Eastern Province have granted the National Democratic Congress (NDC) a police permit to allow its leader Chishimba Kambwili tour the province.
The initial request was turned down by this did not suffocate the Samuel Phiri led NDC provincial executive.
The NDC would be having a rally at Mpezeni Park in Chipata on May 18, 2019 where the NDC leader is expected to address the members and the public and highlight the objectives of the party.
