The police officer who has been shooting and knifing others has shot himself to death.

He went to the college again this morning and fired shots before running into Levy Mwanawasa Flats where he shot him self dead.
Police Spokesperson Esther Katongo said the fugitive officer named Constable Jackson Mwanza has shot himself dead using an A 47 rifle today at about 07 30 hours in Chinama area .
Ms Katongo said Mwanza had been surrounded by officers from yesterday till today when he killed himself.
“He had a lot of ammunition in the magazine which he fired in the air before shooting himself.
“The body of Mwanza is in the Unversity Teaching Hospital mortuary while the AK 47 riffle has recovered,” she said.
