Chingola Mayor and Town Clerk please check at the Jazz Café’, they are barricading the corridor thereby posing a threat to pedestrians who now use the main road to cross.
At Jazz Caffe’ they barricade the town corridor forcing residents to pass on the highway.
This is a spot where there are traffic lights and vehicles always over speed to beat the red lights.
The barricaded corrode is part of the road reserve less than three metres away from the road.
Please don’t come to panic when someone will be bashed at this point.
