KCM wins: Retirement age still at 55yrs-Appeals Court

The court of appeal has ruled that retirement age still remains at 55 years for all employees who started work before 2015.

This was in a case between Konkola Copper Mines (KCM) and 55 former Miners who were retired at 55 years but sued the company for breaching the amended Pension Acts.
