Kitwe District Commissioner Binwell Mpundu has confirmed the death of the wife to former PF Provincial Chairperson Stephen Kainga.
Mr Mpundu said in a statement that Judith Kainga the wife to former Copperbelt PF Chairperson Stephen Kainga.
He said Ms Kainga is believed to have suffered an attack when she was addressing members of staff at Ndeke secondary school in Kitwe where she’s been Head Teacher.
“Funeral arrangements will soon be announced by the family, Mr Kainga needs our support and encouragement during this trying moment,” he said.
